ISPNO is now requesting applications to host the bi-annual ISPNO meeting in 2030. The application process will be in two parts:

1. Candidate organization should send a brief proposal, due no later than November 15, 2026, including name of principal investigator, sponsoring organization or institution, venue (specific hotel, etc.), proposed dates and a brief description of the site and its qualifications for hosting ISPNO.
2. Invited semi-finalists (to be contacted no later than December 15, 2026) will be required to submit a full application no later than January 15, 2027, with information including (detailed instructions to follow):

• • Name of site
  • Organizer/Sponsor
  • Location
  • Proposed conference venue
  • Proposed Gala venue
  • Hotel information (either meeting hotel or hotel room capability in the city)
  • Synopsis of site suitability
  • Sponsors past experience in neuro-oncology and experience in holding meetings of this type
  • Preliminary budget including information on expected financial support to run the meeting
  • Letters of support as needed

Final selection is planned no later than March 1, 2027.
